Small Group Leaders

Job Description

• Support New Hope's Small Group program by facilitating discussion during your Small Group's gatherings.

• Create a warm, safe, helpful environment that inspires members to attend and participate fully.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Work with Audra to gather curriculum.

• Be prepared for each group gathering so that you can better ask questions and facilitate discussion among the group.

• Communicate schedule with group members.

Reoccurrence of Serving

• Small group leaders serve 1-3 times per year for 8-10 weeks at a time.
